Return and Refund Policy
This policy defines the return and refund conditions for products sold by A1 Smart Systems Kft. (registered office: 1172 Budapest, Pásztó utca 40, company registration number: 01-09-382171) (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). For wholesale customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Customers"), the return and refund options are provided as follows:
1. Right of withdrawal and return of goods
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 3 calendar days of the purchase. To exercise the right of return, the following conditions must be met:
- The goods must be returned to the Company's central warehouse (address: 1225 Budapest, Ipartelepi u. 3/A) in their original packaging, undamaged and unused.
- Before returning the product, the Customer must always contact the salesperson by phone or email no later than 6 p.m. on the second day after purchase.
- The Company charges a return fee for administrative and logistical costs for returns, which is as follows:
- In the case of a support structure, 10% of the net price of the goods.
- In the case of solar panels and inverters, 5% of the net price of the goods.
2. Handling of defective products
If the Customer has received a defective product, or the wrong size or product has been delivered, the Customer must immediately notify the Company by phone or e-mail. The Customer must take a clearly visible photo of the defective, size or color-mismatched products and send the photos to the Company atnagyker@a1solar.hu . During the consultation, we will inform the Customer about the further steps to be taken within 3 business days of the photo being received at the above e-mail address.
3. Return procedure
Before returning the product(s), the Customer must discuss the exact return conditions with the seller in contact with them.
- For return, the Customer must ensure that the product(s) are in their original packaging, intact, without installation or use, in a clean condition, and with the original invoice and a completed withdrawal form.
- The original box of the product(s) must not be directly taped or sealed. The box must be placed in a suitable packaging material (bag, paper, box) for transport and sealed.
- If the product is dirty, incomplete, stuck, or the original box is damaged, a 10% deduction will be made from the price of the product(s).
4. Additional guidelines
- The Company does not accept cash on delivery packages.
- The returned package can only be sent to the address provided by the Company (central warehouse); we are unable to collect packages sent to the post office, parcel point or other address.
- Please choose a courier service that guarantees delivery of returned packages to the central warehouse.
- The returned product must be in its original packaging (in resalable condition), packed in an additional shipping bag, pouch, or box. Do not tape or label the product box.
- If the packaging parts, the product, its accessories and the descriptions are not completely intact, 50% of the product price will be deducted.
5. Refund procedure
- After the return of the goods has been received and inspected, the Company will issue the refund within 14 calendar days at the latest.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless the buyer specifically requests another method.
- The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
