Undertaken guarantees

The products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

In the case of inverters, if the customer notices a problem with the equipment, there are two ways to initiate a warranty claim:

  1. The customer validates their warranty contract directly with the manufacturer
  2. The customer reports the problem to us. You can do this at info@a1solar.hu by sending a letter to e-mail addresses or notifying your contact person.

In the case of solar panels, customers must report the problem to us, and we will offer a replacement option.
